Cordova Coffee Co. has been created out of sheer frustration of coffee lovers searching for low acid and medium brew coffee which has its full aroma and taste, as well as easy on the digestive system. Cordova Coffee brings to you their brewing secret as was used in Spain for many years.

Our famous blend "Izzy's Blend" was created from a special mix of the finest low acid coffee. This coffee has the most uplifting aroma and smooth taste, (no aftertaste) a must to try. Our coffee is roasted on premises with a 3 step process passed on from generations, which keeps the taste and aroma.

We are located in N.Y. we do our own roasting in our warehouse. We roast every morning and ship by UPS that afternoon. The coffee is fresh that the sacks are still warm when they get to be ground and packed. We take great care to make sure that all our coffees are of the highest quality and are the "freshest roasted coffees you'll ever drink."
